How we work
01
We plan like the weather is watching.
Every voyage begins with a quiet room and a chart. We plan against real conditions, not flattering ones — because the sea has never been impressed by optimism.
02
We crew for temperament as much as tickets.
A certificate tells us what a mariner is allowed to do. A reference tells us what they will do at 03:00 in heavy weather. We hire for the second.
03
We report like owners, not managers.
Transparent technical, commercial, and financial reporting — the same pack we'd want if we owned the vessel ourselves. No surprises at year-end.
What we do
Five disciplines, one desk. We keep the teams small enough that the same voice answers the phone twice.
A working fleet
Dry bulk, product tankers, and general cargo — managed with the same standard whether the voyage is to Rotterdam or Ravenna.

Have a vessel, a cargo, or a question?
We answer in one working day. Usually faster.
