By browsing sealifeshipping.com you accept these terms. They govern how the site may be used; they do not replace any charter party, management agreement, or other commercial contract you may have with us.
Intellectual property
Text, photography, logos, and design on this site belong to Sealife Shipping (or our licensors). You may quote short excerpts for non-commercial reference with a visible credit and a link back, but republishing material wholesale requires written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to probe, scan, or break the site; do not submit inquiries or job applications on behalf of anyone without their consent; do not upload malware or anything you do not have the right to share. We rate-limit and block traffic that abuses the site.
Accounts
The admin and client portals are for authorised users only. Keep your credentials private, use the 2FA or Microsoft sign-in we configure, and tell us immediately if you think an account has been compromised.
Information accuracy
We keep the fleet, services, and news pages as current as we can, but vessel particulars, positions, and availability change constantly. Nothing on this site is an offer or a guarantee of performance — binding terms only arise from signed contracts.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising from use of the site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Anadolu Courts and Execution Offices.
