Sealife Shipping runs this website to describe our services, publish news, and let clients and crew applicants reach us. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why we keep it, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

If you send a quote request or a job application, we receive whatever you type — typically name, company, email, phone, and the cargo / role you are enquiring about. Job applications also include the CV you upload. We do not buy contact lists and we do not track you across the web.

Cookies & analytics

A small session cookie is set only when you sign in to the admin or client portal. Public pages may load Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures aggregate page-view counts without setting cookies or collecting personal data. No third-party advertising or behavioural trackers are present.

How long we keep it

Quote and contact inquiries are kept for up to three years so we can answer follow-ups. Job applications are kept for twelve months from receipt unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Admin audit events are retained indefinitely as part of our security records.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete or correct it. We respond within thirty days. Where we rely on consent (for example, for marketing follow-up), you can withdraw it at any time.
